What type of construction work does your company do?
We perform an array of interior and exterior remodeling, renovations and new construction for commercial and private homes. Our specialty is custom home renovations – if you can imagine it, we can build it.
We work primarily in South Tampa but we also work throughout the Tampa Bay area. We prefer to stay local because we like to serve the community we have worked in for over 25 years.
I live in a historical area and it requires special regulations. Will this inhibit your ability to remodel my home?
Having served on the ARC (Architectural Review Commission) for many years, David Ferrill is extremely familiar with the regulations involved when building in a historical district.
How long have you been in business?
Ferrill Construction has been building since 2000. David Ferrill has been building in our community since the 1980’s.
What sets you apart from other construction companies in the area?

I have a strict budget and I have seen on shows where they always end up over budget. Will this happen to me?
We provide a detailed and accurate breakdown of the build’s budget, which must first be approved by you. Our company is founded on honesty and integrity. We provide a high quality product and transparency in pricing; if we can save on building materials, then we will pass those savings on to you. In the end you pay what you are quoted or less.
