
David Ferrill
David is a building contractor (CBC 051280) with over 25 years building experience in the Tampa area. David has experience in commercial development, historical renovation, new home construction, and townhome development. He was raised and resides in South Tampa. He previously sat on the City of Tampa’s Architectural Review Commission (ARC). He is intimately familiar with all aspects of development in the South Tampa area including all the historical regulations involved.
David earned his Bachelor of Science degrees in real estate and finance at Florida State University in 1985. He was a walk-on football player for FSU and was in the 1983 Peach Bowl. In 1984, David was the Regional Golden Gloves Winner for the state of Florida and the Gold Medal Winner in the Sunshine State Games. In 1986, David began a year and a half long journey around the world. Upon his return he entered the commercial real estate market in Tampa and went on to start in building construction.
In 2002, David summated the highest peak in South America, Aconcagua, at 22,840 feet. In 2005, he reached the highest peak in North America, Denali, at 20,320 feet. David’s dream is to reach all seven summits which represent the highest peaks on each continent.
